The film observes a small community during hunting season, where violence exists not as spectacle but as tradition, woven into everyday life. I approached the setting with patience and distance, allowing the rhythms of the land—its vastness, its silence—to guide the narrative. The sparse dialogue and contemplative pacing reflect a world governed more by instinct and repetition than by explanation. Ultimately, the film suggests that beneath the stillness of rural life lies a complex relationship between humans and nature, where survival, ritual, and belonging are inseparable.
